GOODBYE...

I wrote this poem while taking a break from Christmas shopping and having a glass of wine (or 3) at L&N Seafood in Montgomery Mall. I needed to release all the negative energy that surrounded me after my ex boyfriend and I broke up. For 7 months, I stifled emotions of anger and resentment stemmed from lies and deceit, and in doing this, I suppressed all ability to feel. For the New Year, I wanted to set free my emotions, and to be free from him. This poem was borne as a result.
